Bergamot essential oil

​Have you heard of bergamot? I had seen it on scented candles but didn’t know anything else about it prior to my aromatherapy training.
If you are drawn to citrus scents, you will love bergamot. Bergamot is used for so many conditions and has painkilling, antiseptic, anti-viral, anti-spasmodic and anti-depressant properties.
Therefore it is used, amongst others, for:

- [ ] Tension
- [ ] Stress
- [ ] Poor appetite
- [ ] Depression
- [ ] Fever
- [ ] Cystitis
It is important to avoid sunbathing or using a subbed, because this essential could cause skin pigmentation problems.
