As we move into autumn, and days get shorter, temperatures drop, and winter bugs start rearing their ugly heads, looking after our health and well-being is so important. Reflexology helps to boost the immune system, improve energy levels, reduce stress, and improve mood. Who would have thought, lying down on my couch for an hour, drifting into relaxation, maybe even sleep, could be so powerful? You don’t have to have any conditions or illnesses to have reflexology, it can just be an hour of time out for yourself!
