Energy Levels

​Do you feel lethargic, fatigued and low on energy most of the time?
Have you tried to find out why?
Whilst reflexology is really helpful in boosting energy levels, it is also necessary to look at other factors that may be contributing to you feeling this way.
The most common factors are:
Poor diet. Are you eating a balanced diet full of nutrients, vitamins and minerals? Are you eating enough calories?
Stress. Is there anything you can do to reduce stress levels? Can you delegate?
Dehydration. Are you drinking enough water? Drinks such as tea and coffee are actually diuretics (make you wee more) causing further dehydration.
Not enough sleep. We are probably all slightly guilty of this. Ideally we should get 7+ hours each night but how many of us actually do? A calming bedtime routine can help.
Sedentary lifestyle. Perhaps your work keeps you sat at a desk for long periods, or you have poor mobility. Even regularly moving your feet can help boost your circulation and move nutrients around the body, whilst removing waste products.
Reflexology is part of the holistic health family and so it is important to consider other factors affecting your health and well-being.
