3/1/2022 0 Comments Everyone Need's ReflexologyI have been a nurse for over 25 years and have seen the benefits complementary therapies can play. I have had first hand experience of reflexology and acupuncture, both of which I found helpful.
I studied reflexology in my own time and now practising it confirms my belief that this ancient practice is still very relevant today. Reflexology is not a cure but it aims to remove blockages in the body’s energy channels to help rebalance and heal itself. It does not have side effects, although it can cause a headache, increased urinary and bowel activity. These last a maximum of 24 hours, and are often avoided if post-treatment advice is followed.
