27/10/2021 0 Comments Halloween Prep!Halloween, for me, is less about ghosts and pumpkins, and more about taking extra time to invest in my health.
It is the time of year when the clocks go back, days are shorter and darker, increase in cold and flu bugs, and generally feeling more lethargic. Reflexology is a wonderful complementary therapy which helps to boost immunity, balance melatonin and serotonin levels (feel good hormones), and increase energy and focus. All this comes from lying on my couch for an hour whilst I apply pressure through my thumbs on your feet. There is no pain involved!
