Hand Reflexology

Are you avoiding reflexology because you either don’t like your feet touched or find it painful? You don’t need to miss out on the benefits because you can have HAND reflexology.

As with reflexology carried out on the feet, there are reflex points on the hands which correspond to organs, glands, muscles and other areas in the body. Using specific thumb and finger pressure techniques on these points, rebalancing within the body occurs. It is particularly good for irritable bowel syndrome, headaches, sinusitis and stress.

There are times when I would need to do hand reflexology on my clients including:
-infections such as athletes foot and veruccas that cover a large area of the foot
-foot injury, structural pain such as arthritis or foot/leg amputation

You may prefer hand reflexology if:
-you require a shorter appointment
-if you have difficulty accessing the couch (although I am always happy to assist you)
-you experience pain in your hands or arms due to multiple sclerosis, carpal tunnel syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, repetitive strain injury.

I can also give you techniques to use between treatments.

Hand reflexology treatments usually last around 40 minutes and cost £30 rather than £40 for foot reflexology.
