I hope that, after 2 challenging years, you have resolved to invest time in your mental, physical and emotional health and well-being. How many times have you signed up to new year offers on dieting clubs/apps or gym membership, only to give up after a couple of weeks? What would help you to keep going? My sessions are holistic and you will always be given time to off-load any worries in a safe and confidential space, we can discuss other strategies to help, and I am always just a phonecall or email away if you need support between our face-to-face sessions. Having been a nurse for over 25 years, I know how important it is to look after you as a whole person, not just “the bit” that needs fixing. Our symptoms of pain, stress, low mood, poor sleep etc, are generally the last part of longer standing imbalances in the body.
