Lemon

Most of us have heard of lemon and you may have used it for cleaning, or popping in tea.

But lemon essential oil has many uses including: antiseptic, tonic, astringent, antacid, diuretic, emollient, laxative, and hypotension properties.

Therefore it is used, amongst others, for:
- [ ] Skin problems, acne, greasy skin, corns, warts, veruccas
- [ ] Digestive problems,
- [ ] Colds and flu, fevers, sinusitis
- [ ] Lowering blood pressure
- [ ] Arthritis
- [ ] Asthma, bronchitis
- [ ] Liver purifier
- [ ] Insect repellent

​It is recommended to avoid the sun and sun beds for 6-8 hours after use.
