You may have noticed I have been a bit quiet on social media over the last few weeks but there have been a few good reasons.

Aside from celebrating my silver wedding anniversary, and other social occasions, I have been pursuing other projects which I have had on my bucket list professionally for a while.

I am approaching the end of training in acupressure (like acupuncture but without needles), aromatherapy including massage, which I will be adding to my services, and starting my series of e-books on many conditions and how reflexology may help.

With my background of over 25 years as a nurse, I am looking to explain many conditions that you have, answering questions you may have, in plain English, and explaining why and how reflexology can help.

My first e-book is about fibroids. This is a common condition in women of child-bearing age, and can be extremely debilitating. You can a sneak peak of the cover in the photo!

I will let you know when this is actually launched. All e-books will be available through my website at www.sarahhillreflexology.co.uk for a small price. The beauty is that it will be sent to your email address so no postage costs, and no use of paper!
