Peri-menopause is the time in our lives as our hormones start to alter and decrease and create physical changes, but also huge mental and emotional changes. I totally understand how you are feeling as I am on that journey too. It can be a time when you feel vulnerable because you don’t feel like “you”. There may have been changes in family dynamics, perhaps you find work more difficult, can’t multi-task as well as you used to, brain fog, low libido. May be you feel less attractive to your partner or you notice their behaviour towards you has changed further knocking your confidence. Does this sound familiar? Reflexology is all about rebalancing the body, which includes hormonal imbalances. I can help you to feel relaxed, reduce anxiety, and improve your general sense of well-being.
