Reflexology is a non-invasive technique which induced deep relaxation allowing the body to rebalance and heal itself. The organs, glands, systems in the body are reflected in the hands and feet. By applying various types of pressure techniques helps stimulate or suppress the functions of these organs etc to get the balance under control.

So, all you have to do is take your shoes and socks off!
