To Do List

​Do you like making lists? Can you juggle all the things you need to without them? Have you hit peri-menopause and find your memory is “not what it was?”
Lists are great but do you put your well-being on the list?
We often only think about our mental and physical well-being once we have symptoms but the imbalances start before then. Pain, insomnia, swelling, low mood, bloating are all caused by imbalances in the body.
Reflexology is all about rebalancing the body to help it work efficiently, reduce symptoms and likelihood of disease. It is a very powerful complementary therapy which helps physically, mentally and emotionally.
By applying gentle pressure to specific areas on the feet or hands, corresponding to areas of the body, the body works out what areas need stimulating or suppressing in order to balance itself.
