After more than 20 years of nursing, I have a deep understanding of the connection of structures and systems within the body. Whilst you may experience a particular symptom, there may be a number of underlying imbalances which, together, produce that symptom. - I have a very strong belief that reflexology has a very important place in our 21st century lifestyles. Helping muscles and circulation in sedentary lifestyles, calming the nervous systems in anxiety, and helps to remove toxins from the body.
