​Reflexology is based on the principle that reflexes (areas) on the feet, hands and other parts of the body, relate to organs, glands, muscles, and systems in the body.

Pressure on these points help the body rebalance by normalising the function of these structures, stimulating the body’s healing process, and helping to achieve physical and emotional well-being.

Reflexology is an holistic non-invasive therapy, looking at the person as a whole. After more than 20 years of nursing, I have a deep understanding of the connection of structures and systems within the body. Whilst you may experience a particular symptom, there may be a number of underlying imbalances which, together, produce that symptom.

I have a very strong belief that reflexology has a very important place in our 21st century lifestyles. Helping muscles and circulation in sedentary lifestyles, calming the nervous systems in anxiety, and helps to remove toxins from the body.
