I had lost my father 6 months before and walking around looking at the scenery and tree colours helped to bring me out of a very difficult grieving process and appreciate what was still around me. Grief can have a very stressful effect on your body, physically, mentally and emotionally. It causes imbalances which can lead to reduced immunity, changes in mood, poor sleep, reduced immunity, aching joints and muscles, higher blood pressure. Reflexology helps with rebalancing the body. It will not stop your grieving journey, but it can help with its side effects.
