World Kindness Day

​It seems ridiculous that we have a world kindness day but we may all have experienced bullying or unkindness at some point in our lives.
We hear about celebrities that have been subjected to abuse on social media, mainstream media, as well as in their physical lives. But this happens to us “ordinary” folk too.
