Relaxation

It is fair to say that life goes through fast-paced, stressful episodes, feeling like you are spinning too many plates at the same time. How do you cope? Do you cope?!

Massage is well-known to relax the body and stimulate production of serotonin (feel-good hormone) but aromatherapy adds in the power of essential oils to help the body rebalance at a cellular level.

Research carried out in 2015, showed that therapeutic massage was shown to help reduce symptoms of post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in professions that are exposed to challenging situations, such as fire fighters, first responders, and nurses.

Research carried out in 2016 shows that office workers are more prone to neck, shoulder and back problems. Sitting down for long periods affects blood circulation and digestion. Even 20 minutes of massage can improve all of these symptoms.

Essential oils can work their magic too!
