Rosemary

Most of us have heard of rosemary and you may have used it in cookery.

But rosemary has many uses including: antiseptic, anti-bacterial, anti-spasmodic, anti-fungal, diuretic, anti-depressant, as well as tonic properties.

Therefore it is used, amongst others, for:
- [ ] Headaches
- [ ] Dandruff, alopecia
- [ ] Coughs, chest congestion
- [ ] Fluid retention
- [ ] Improves curculation
- [ ] Sprains and strained muscles
- [ ] Digestive problems
- [ ] Rheumatism

​It cannot be used with during pregnancy or if you are epileptic.
