Ylang Ylang

Ylang ylang is popular in scented candles and luxury toiletries, but it also has therapeutic properties. It is one I enjoy using in aromatherapy massages due to its floral aroma.

Ylang ylang has many uses including: antiseptic, anti-depressant, aphrodisiac, hypotensive and sedative properties.

Therefore it is used, amongst others, for:

- [ ] Regulating and calming heart rate
